Meet Theresa

I fell in love with paranormal romance as a teenager and spent years devouring every supernatural love story I could find. That love of books eventually led me into publishing in 2009, and I’ve been working with stories ever since.

Over the years, I’ve worked with both established publishers and independent authors, including roles with Entangled Publishing and City Owl Press, where I served as an Acquiring Editor and Senior Copy Editor for the Mystic Owl imprint. Today, I edit romance and romance-adjacent fiction across subgenres, pairings, and heat levels—with a particular weakness for romantasy, paranormal romance, and stories that blur genre lines.

I was born and raised in Michigan’s tip of the mitt and still call the area home. I’m wife to the best husband ever, mom to five fab men, and grandma to a growing crew of little people. I love Michigan summers best, though a hot coffee and cozy sweater on a crisp fall day are a very close second.

When I’m not reading or editing, I’m usually wrangling my black cat, Bjorn—who was absolutely a bad dog in a previous life—spending time with my family, or listening to an audiobook while crocheting yet another blanket for the back of my couch.
